Dispatch and Processing

All confirmed orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. Once dispatched from our New Delhi warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated transit times depend on your geographical location:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Non-Metro/Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote/Restricted PIN Codes: May require up to 10 business days.

Shipping Charges

We apply a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of ₹300.00 on orders, which covers premium packaging and expedited transit to ensure your shoes arrive in pristine condition. This fee is clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment completion.

Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times. Ensure your address details and contact numbers are precise. If a package is returned to our facility (RZ G261 G/F VISHWAPARK PALAM MATIYALA ROAD UTTAM NAGAR NEW DELHI 110059) due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer, a re-shipping fee may apply.
